Training book in French as a foreign language (FLE), in the Activities for the CEFR collection , for older adolescents and adults, levels C1 / C2.
Level C1 is called "autonomous level". At this level, the learner communicates easily and spontaneously, he has a good command of a large lexical repertoire, structures, connectors and articulators. His speech unfolds naturally, without hesitation; it is well built.
Level C2 is said to be "mastery". At this level, the learner cannot aim to match the skills of the native speaker but to demonstrate the degree of precision, adequacy and fluency of the language which is that of high-level learners.
He can convey the subtleties of meaning with precision, he is aware of the connotations present in colloquial expressions. He is also able to reformulate a difficulty in such a way that his interlocutor hardly notices it.
The proposed activities, which closely follow the skills listed in the Framework, aim to give them the means
to acquire or develop them. The authentic documents on which they are based promote a concrete approach to the daily environment and the situations with which it is possible to be confronted.
Two Audio CDs, the transcription of their content, and the answer booklet are inside the book, which allows collective or independent use.
