The author is first Class M.Sc. In environmental Science and ph. d from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University- Srinagar (Garhwal) Uttarakhand (India) and presently working as project manager, in consulting engineering Services (India) limited Manjusha building (5th floor), 57 Nehru place-new Delhi. In total, the author has more than thirteen years research and teaching experience.
