This book is based on some twenty excerpts from Radio France International (RFI) broadcasts, to allow B1 level learners to work on oral comprehension and acquire independent listening strategies. By familiarizing themselves with authentic radio speeches, they assimilate the language and communication tools to describe, argue, explain, comment or even tell. From listening-analysis to oral expression, including lexical and grammatical activities, learners explore cultural and social subjects in touch with current events and learn the language in context.
