Introduction The Japanese Language Proficiency Test is a test that started in 1984 to measure and certify the Japanese language skills of non-native Japanese speakers. The number of examinees has increased year by year, and it is now one of the largest foreign language exams in the world. Over the past 20 years since the start of the exam, the number of learners has diversified and the purpose of learning Japanese has changed. Therefore, the content of the new "Japanese Language Proficiency Test" changed significantly in 2010. In the new exam, not only knowledge but also Japanese ability that can be actually used is required. This book was created as a collection of N4 level questions for this exam. First, "Introduction to Problems" gives an overview of the form of problems and their solutions. Next, you will learn to acquire the necessary language knowledge in the "Ability Training Edition". Finally, in the "mock exam", you can see how strong you are by trying to solve the same type of questions as the actual exam.
