The JLPT Points & Practice series is a collection of questions and pointers to help the learner acquire the minimum skills required to pass the JLPT exam in a short period of time. In this book the learner studies N2-level grammar questions. The aim of the book is to have the learner efficiently acquire in a short period of time the approximately 180 grammar points required to pass the exam. This is done over 30 lessons.
The book is divided into two parts: a Questions Part and a List Part. In the Questions Part, the learner tackles questions in the same format as the exam and then checks his/her level of understanding. The learner also practices reading conversational sentences and sentences of about 200 to 300 characters that use the grammar studied in that lesson, so the learner can deepen his/her understanding of the situations in which the grammar is used.
At the N2 level, in addition to the everyday topics and situations covered in N3, learners aim to be able to understand expressions in a wider range of topics and situations, such as business and academic situations, and scenes that express complicated emotions.
The List Part corresponds to each section of the Questions Part and contains the minimum number of meanings, connections, and example sentences that the learner should know.
