The textbook is designed for students to achieve the communicative competence of the second and third Certificate levels of Russian as a foreign language (B2-C1 of the CEFR). It is structured according to the subjects and consists of 5 lessons, that are divided into units. Each unit includes "symbolic" speech and actual speech exercises, aimed at developing of comprehension and understanding of authentic texts within the framework of the studied subject at a certain level. Each lesson ends with the exercises, which are aimed at formulating of statements and expressions in both written and oral forms, and preparing for the individual or group report and presentation in Power Point. The book includes a video application, that has been recorded on a disc.
The textbook is designed for foreign students, who know Russian at level B2 (the second Certificate level).
