The manual is intended for foreign students who speak Russian at the TORFL-2 level and above. The presented set of exercises is aimed at improving the practical skills of mastering the scientific style of speech in the social and political sphere and is designed for 40-45 hours of classroom lessons under the guidance of a teacher. The manual uses materials of master's theses defended at the Faculty of International Relations of St. Petersburg State University.
