Alltag, Beruf & Co. ist das neue berufssprachliche Lehrwerk von dem Autorenteam Becker und Braunert: Es deckt in 6 Bänden den Stoff der Grundstufe (A1, A2, B1) ab und führt zu den Prüfungen Start Deutsch 1 und 2 sowie zum Zertifikat Deutsch.

Alltag, Beruf & Co. bietet pro Band Stoff für ca. 50 Unterrichtseinheiten und eignet sich sowohl für den Einsatz in allgemeinen Sprachkursen mit berufssprachlicher Ausrichtung als auch für Firmenkurse. Das Lehrwerk vermittelt die allgemeinen Redemittel, die man im Alltag und im Beruf braucht. Daher ist es für Kursteilnehmende aller Berufsgruppen geeignet.

Konzeption und Bestandteile:
Alltag, Beruf & Co. vermittelt beides: die Sprache im Alltag und die Sprache im Beruf.

Das Kurs- und Arbeitsbuch enthält 10 Lektionen à 10 Seiten plus eine eingelegte CD mit Hörtexten und Ausspracheübungen.

Jede Lektion besteht aus:
- einer Doppelseite "Im Alltag" zu dem jeweiligen Thema in einem gemeinsprachlichen Kontext
- einer Doppelseite "Im Beruf" zu dem jeweiligen Thema in einem berufssprachlichen Kontext
- einer Magazinseite mit einer unterhaltsamen Collage zum Thema der Lektion
- einer Übersichtsseite "Grammatik und Redemittel"
- vier Arbeitsbuchseiten mit Übungen zu Wortschatz und Redemitteln, zur Grammatik und zur Aussprache.

Die eingelegte CD enthält die Hörtexte und Ausspracheübungen des Arbeitsbuchteils, mit dem die Lernenden selbstständig arbeiten können.

Die CD zum Kursbuch enthält alle Hörtexte und Musterdialoge der ersten fünf Seiten jeder Lektion.

Das Lehrerhandbuch enthält die Unterrichtspläne zu den einzelnen Lektionen sowie die Transkripte der Hörtexte und alle Lösungen.

Zu jedem Band gibt es ein Wörterlernheft zum Lernwortschatz. Es bietet in übersichtlicher Form das Stichwort und Platz für die Übersetzung, einen Beispielsatz zum Stichwort sowie eine Wortschatzübung.

Everyday, Profession & Co. is the new professional language textbook by the author team Becker and Braunert: In 6 volumes, it covers the material of the basic level (A1, A2, B1) and leads to the Start Deutsch 1 and 2 exams as well as the German certificate .

Everyday, Profession & Co. offers material for approx. 50 teaching units per volume and is suitable for use in general language courses with a professional language orientation as well as for company courses. The textbook teaches the general idioms that are needed in everyday life and at work. It is therefore suitable for course participants of all professional groups.

Concept and components:
Everyday life, work & Co. conveys both: the language in everyday life and the language in the job.

The course and workbook contains 10 lessons of 10 pages each plus an included CD with audio texts and pronunciation exercises.

Each lesson consists of:
- a double page "In everyday life" on the respective topic in a common language context
- a double page "In the job" on the respective topic in a professional language context
- a magazine page with an entertaining collage on the topic of the lesson
- an overview page " Grammatik und Speechmittel"
- four workbook pages with exercises in vocabulary and speech materials, grammar and pronunciation.

The inserted CD contains the listening texts and pronunciation exercises of the workbook part, with which the learners can work independently.

The course book CD contains all the listening texts and sample dialogues for the first five pages of each lesson.

The Teacher's Guide contains the lesson plans for each lesson as well as the transcripts of the audio texts and all the solutions.

There is a word learning booklet for learning vocabulary for each volume. It offers the keyword and space for the translation in a clear form, an example sentence for the keyword and a vocabulary exercise.
