Objectives and educational approach:
Long ranked among the "public with problems", allophone students (ex-newcomers) are gradually seeing their specificity recognized, especially since the last orientation law of July 2013. How did the National Education Department hitherto managed this file, complex in many respects? How will inclusive education fundamentally change things for all stakeholders? What political, organizational and pedagogical problems thus arise for the education system?
This book proposes to analyze the problem in all its scope and in all its complexity, by placing the question of the students' right to success at the center of the reflection.
