TheDiplôme initial de langue française (DILF)was officially created in January 2007 with the aim of evaluating the first skills in French.It validates knowledge of the French language within the framework of the reception and integration contract (CAI), which has been generalized to all newcomers since the beginning of 2008.
Designed as an initial stage of learning and certification of the French language, it is part of a linguistic course and precedes the Elementary French Language Diploma (DELF) and the Advanced French Language Diploma (DALF).
This book was designed in the very spirit of the DILF and its A1.1 standard.Its structure incorporates the four language skills assessed (oral reception, written reception, oral production and written production) and develops communication on the linguistic, sociolinguistic and pragmatic levels.
The book also includes an audio CD and a booklet containing the answers and transcripts of the recordings.
