Το Impulse 2 neu - C1 είναι ο δεύτερος τόμος της διδακτικής σειράς Impulse. To Impulse 2 neu απευθύνεται σε μαθητές που έχουν ολοκληρώσει με επιτυχία τη βαθμίδα Β2. Ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στις απαιτήσεις του C1 σύμφωνα με τον κανονισμό του Κοινού Ευρωπαϊκού Πλαισίου Αναφοράς για τις ξένες γλώσσες και σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις τόσο του Goethe Institut (Goethe-Zertifikat C1) όσο και του κρατικού πιστοποιητικού γλωσσομάθειας KΠΓ (Griechisches Staatszertifikat - Deutsch C1&C2). Αποτελείται από Kursbuch και Arbeitsbuch και συνοδεύεται από 8 CD, γλωσσάριo για το Lehrbuch και Arbeitsbuch και βιβλίο λύσεων. To Lehrbuch αποτελείται από 15 ενότητες. Κάθε ενότητα ασχολείται με έναν ξεχωριστό θεματικό τομέα. Η επιλογή και επεξεργασία των κειμένων και διαλόγων έγινε με στόχο ο μαθητής να εξοικειωθεί με ποικίλους τρόπους επικοινωνίας και είδη κειμένων, ώστε να αποκτήσει τις γνώσεις και την ικανότητα να εφαρμόζει κατάλληλα τις γνώσεις του. Στο Lehrbuch εξετάζονται και εξασκούνται όλες οι δεξιότητες (LV, HV, MA, SA) στον ίδιο βαθμό. Η γραμματική παρουσιάζεται και εξασκείται στο Impulse 1 neu - Arbeitsbuch.
