When it comes to learning characters, especially kanji, the level of understanding and retention varies from person to person, and the level of difficulty and amount of practice required also vary. This book aims to help the student learn 323 characters, including kanji equivalent to N5 and N4 levels, in a simple structure and without any burden, while being able to read and write sentences containing kanji and kana. In the first section, できるかな？(Can you do it?), the student is presented with kanji that he/she sees in his/her daily life and is asked to guess their meanings. Next, in the たしかめましょう！(Let's check!) section, illustrations and audio are used to help the student connect kanji, meanings, and pronunciation. Then, the student learns the kanji used in those kanji words one by one. Each kanji and word using that kanji have English and Vietnamese translations. In the final part, やってみましょう！ (Let's try!), the aim is to have the student understand sentences that use kanji while at the same time practicing various forms.
By using the kanji knowledge the student has learned to guess the meaning of words he/she don't know, or by looking them up in a dictionary to increase his/her knowledge of new words, he/she can learn how to expand his/her knowledge outside of textbooks and proceed to independent learning.
