A course designed to help pupils grow and speak in French! "Passe-passe" presents the adventures of six friends - Juliette, Mehdi, Manon, Louis, Lilly and Pablo - who grow up over the 3 levels of the course. Each book has 3 units that arouse the curiosity of children and make them want to learn. Using a communicative and task-based approach with fun activities, pupils will complete two tasks and a project per chapter. For each chapter there are two lively songs including salsa and different rhythms sung by French children. Speaking and written skills are covered from the start. Speaking activities are in the pupils' book and accompanying written tasks are in the workbook. For each page in the pupils book there is a double page of activities in the workbook. Each chapter finishes with a revision task of the topic and children have a "passeport de français" to track their progress. Preparatory activities for the DELF Prim exams are also included. At the end of the workbook there is an illustrated dictionary and transcripts of the songs from the course. A CD containing the songs is included. The teachers' guide with 2 audio CDs and a DVD contains all the audio material from the coursebooks and all the video clips. The teachers notes for the course are available to download from the publishers' website www.didierfle.fr/passe-passe. A version for use with an interactive whiteboard is also available.
