Dr. Rajendra Malhotra is a Senior Lecturer in Russian in the School of Foreign Languages, Headquarters, Integrated Defence Staff, Ministry of Defence. He has previously held the position of Associate Professor in Russian at the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune. Besides having nearly thirty years of teaching experience in the Russian language, he possesses expertise in translation of scientific and technical texts, official documents, manuals, contracts etc. from Russian to English and vice-versa. He has provided interpretership coverage to various Russian delegations visiting Air Headquarters and other IAF Units. As a teacher, interpreter and translator, Dr Malhotra has participated in various national and international conferences and has worked with various institutions and government bodies.
