      ABOUT THE AUTHOR

      Professor Kim Do-young,
      who had been associated with Jawaharlal Nehru University from the beginning of its degree programs, currently teaches Korean at the department of East-Asian Studies, University of Delhi.
      He has previously published five books on Korean Language and Literature and two dictionaries, Korean-English Students' Dictionary in Romanized & Hindi Pronunciation and English-Korean Students' Dictionary with Hindi Pronunciation. His books emphasize on taking the Indian context into perspective and thus aim at helping beginners and advanced students alike to gain a better picture of the Korean.
